evp additions

| i get haggled all the time for putting evp in front of all of my blog posts or things i do. i love to evp this and evp that. just wait until you get evp'd.
about 4 months ago i went snowboarding with my brother and some amigos up to bear mountain and this kid loren rolled with us. i had met loren before ( he can get down on the snowboard ) but had never really hung out with him. he happened to bring his macbook with him on the trip and was cutting an episode of his youtube series called booyah. long story short i got loren set up on a final cut pro system and now he is doing some editing and shooting with me on more of a full time basis. i am pumped to someone with a creative side working with me. check out lorens booyah episode 10 - directed - shot - edited by loren. we got together to shoot the intro piece. goodtimes. |

| the first four minutes of celina and greg's wedding film. amazing couple with amazing family and friends.
all the still images were shot by mark mabry and dixie waters. the wedding was held at stonebridge manor. |

| i'm a timelapse freak as of late. these little clips are great transition pieces for some of my higher end weddings. so while shooting celina and greg mark mabry decided to take the helm and snag a few scenes of the sun going down on the reception - the bar - and some awesome dancing clips (all linked up to his light kit). this is probably the most un-wedding like tune ever but i found it and it just worked - meaning it's just one of those days.

| i will be honest that i have been hesitant to post anything over my Reflections of Christ slideshow highlighting Marks images. never before have i produced something so simple that has received such an amazing response. it definitely proves that the content is the driving force in all media - especially when someone creates images that spark such a spiritual chord. it has also somewhat calmed my dislike of photo montages!
i apologize that i have not been very responsive to emails and phone messages as of late. i spent last week with my amazing wife in the city of new york cruising the subways - eating at cafes - and just relaxing for the first time in a very very long time. lots to see and be inspired by. |
