I am excited to finally have an amazing looking blog where I can offer tons and tons of my work for all of my clients (past present and future). There are lots and lots of cool features on the new blog. For one the videos will only start loading once you hit the big play button on each post AND they all play in my custom created flash player. Secondly the comments section is now equipped with a new "email your friends" link that enables you to email your amigos a copy of a video or photo that you absolutely have to share. Please do not hesitate to spread the word. Make sure to add the blog to your favorite blog reader program using this link: www.eastvalleyproductions.com. I personally use Google Reader. All the navigation for the blog is located at the bottom of the page including history, stats, and whatnot. If you are looking for a post or video from the old blog you can do so by clicking on this link EVP Old Blog. Enjoy the goodness!
A while back an amigo of mine in New York told me about a guy who was shooting some amazing timelapse videos for the Dicovery channel in full blown 1080P HD with a Canon Digital SLR. After seeing one of his demos I was blown away how single frames from a digital still camera could create such amazing moving images. So a few weeks back on my shooting trip down to Arivaca I decided to try it out. I am loving the concept - even though it is taking a little bit of tweeking with each shot. Here is my growing timelapse demo reel of the storm that has literally taken over Arizona over the past two weeks - along with a three hour car ride shown in 30 seconds.
(from the old blog) here is jennifer and quinton's intro to their final dvd. one of the little secrets we like to toss in on each of our final products is the cinematic intro - which is a short form 45 second edit of some of the best shots from your wedding day. it is the first thing that plays when you put your dvd into the player and it truly helps set the mood for the rest of the video.
